Why I chose to photograph Chiricahua National Monument: From the moment you head SE
on Highway 186 leaving Wilcox, Arizona you enter a serene and beautiful landscape unlike any other. From the grasslands you approach spectacular rock formations. I often arrive at sunrise just in time to catch the abundance of wildlife such as deer, javelina and hawks out hunting for their first meal of the day. The purpose of this website is to share with you the beautiful moments I have enjoyed by photographing this monument over the past year. Whether you're into hiking, biking, photography or
just enjoy being outdoors, I have found Chiricahua National Monument to be a perfect getaway.
